MOQ, lead time, samples and documentation

The questions that decide whether an order runs smoothly — answered the way we would answer them on a call.

What is your minimum order quantity?

MOQ is set per material, width and converting step, and is confirmed with your quotation. Sampling is possible before a production order, so you can approve a physical part rather than a rendering.

Can you match a colour?

Yes. Send a Pantone reference or a physical swatch and we match to it. Dyed lots are checked against the approved swatch, and the minimum run per colour is confirmed on quotation.

Which adhesive should I choose?

Acrylic for long-term outdoor and UV exposure, hot-melt for high initial tack on paper and board, rubber for low-surface-energy plastics. We test on your actual substrate before production.

How fast can you send samples?

Sample lead time is confirmed when we quote. It depends on whether the item is a stock construction or a new die, and on whether the colour has to be dyed to match. Samples are shipped worldwide; sample cost and freight are quoted with the specification.

Do you die-cut to a drawing?

Yes — rotary or flatbed, loose parts or kiss-cut on a roll. Tolerance, liner and edge quality are agreed from your drawing, and a first-article sample is approved before the run.

What documentation do you provide?

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and REACH documentation for skin-contact and garment programmes, with the scope matched to your specification.

Where do you ship from?

Fuzhou, China. The port and Incoterm are confirmed with your quotation.

What do you need to quote?

Width, colour, backing, quantity and the end use — plus a drawing or a sample photo if the part is converted. If something is missing we will ask rather than guess.

Can you supply small trial quantities?

Trial quantities are quoted case by case, because the setup cost of slitting, coating or die-cutting does not scale down. Ask for a sample first — it is the cheaper way to qualify a material.

Can you match a sample we already use?

Yes. Send the sample with the width, backing and colour you need. We will match the construction, confirm the tolerance and produce a first-article sample for approval.

Still unresolved? Send the drawing and the question together — one email, one answer, with the assumption written down.

Send the drawing. We will tell you what will fail.

Width, colour, backing, quantity and the surface it has to stick to — that is enough to start.
