Specification

What this family is

Hook and loop cable ties are back-to-back strap with an optional die-cut eyelet. They can be opened and reused hundreds of times, adjusted to any diameter, and they will not cut into a cable jacket the way a nylon tie can when it is over-tightened.

Supplied as cut lengths, on rolls, or on retail header cards. Widths from 10 mm, custom lengths, printed headers and matched colours are produced to order.

Related constructions: Molded Hook Tape and Elastic Hook & Loop.

Questions

Specifying Hook & Loop Cable Ties

What widths can you supply in Hook & Loop Cable Ties?

Standard supply runs 10–50 mm. Custom slitting and edge tolerance are confirmed on the quotation.

Which backing or format should I choose?

Available options are Cut lengths, rolls, header cards. The choice depends on the substrate and how the part is assembled; we test on your material before production.

Can you make Hook & Loop Cable Ties to my drawing or sample?

Yes. We produce to an approved drawing or your own sample, including slit rolls, tabs and die-cut parts. Tooling, MOQ and lead time are confirmed with the quotation.

Send the drawing. We will tell you what will fail.

Width, colour, backing, quantity and the surface it has to stick to — that is enough to start.
